A primary focus of the this full redesign was to ensure an intuitive and fast shopping experience on mobile. We re-architected the solution to support internationalisation, consolidating the number of stores and removing external checkouts to simplify order flow into the WMS. We used upsells and bundles to increase AOV throughout. To improve store speed we implemented various strategies including the use of metafields inplace of looping through liquid tags. WCAG level 2 compliance was a priority.
