During my time at Fostr I led the redesign of Moynat’s e-commerce store—an iconic French luxury brand with a heritage in fine leather goods. A key focus of the project was capturing the luxury and craftsmanship of the product catalogue through a clean, elevated visual experience. At the same time, we needed to strike a careful balance with conversion rate optimisation—ensuring key UX elements supported product discovery and purchase without compromising the refined aesthetic of the brand. The result was a considered e-commerce experience that aligned seamlessly with Moynat’s visual identity while subtly guiding users through the shopping journey.
